I bought a product/service, but I think it may have been a fraudulent merchant. How can I get my money back?

Unfortunately with account to account payments, there is no official recourse to reclaim your funds. We would recommend that in the first instance you try to get in touch with the merchant again, and if you have no luck then you should raise this with your bank as quickly as possible.
