How do I create a payment link?

Watch the video below to see the process of generating a payment link 

Step 1: When logged in, click on “Payments” in the top bar

Step 2: Select “Pay by Link” on the top left corner of your screen 

Step 3:  Click on “Create payment”

Step 4: Fill in the required information for generating and sending a payment link, then click on “Save as draft” if you’d like to come back to it, or “Approve & send” if you’re happy with all the details. If any email addresses have been included, they will automatically be sent an email with the QR code and payment link

Step 5: Once approved, you can copy the payment link or download the QR code at any time, just find the relevant payment request, click into it and hit either the “Copy” button or “Download QR code”
