How do I create an invoice payment on the Fena Merchant portal?

Step 1: When logged in, hit “Payments” in the top bar:




Step 2: Go to “invoices” on the top left corner of your screen, then click on “Create an invoice”




Step 3: Fill in the required information for generating and sending an invoice. The reference and amount fields are mandatory



Step 4: Either hit “Save as draft” if you’d like to come back at a later date, or hit “Approve & send” if you’re ready to distribute it. If you do this, then it will be automatically sent to any email addresses that have been included.




Step 5: Once approved and sent, you can no longer edit the invoice. However, you can share the payment link or download the QR code and send this manually, if you wish. You can also use this feature to generate a payment link and QR code without sending it to your customer, and then download the QR code and upload it onto the invoice generated in third party accounting software
