How to complete ID verification on the Fena Business Toolkit

If you want to take payments using Fena, then you're business is required to complete ID verification checks. To do this:

1. Head to settings (cog icon in the top right) > Verifications
2. If you're a sole trader, you'll see yourself listed here. If you're a registered company, you'll see a list of all the directed from companies house. If any data isn't displayed, then just hit "refresh data" in the top right
   
   
   
   
3. If you are a sole trader, or you're a director in your company, then you can complete ID verification yourself. Just hit the "This is me. Continue to verification" button and move through the steps. You'll need to upload / take a photo of your ID, and will need access to a camera to take a live selfie (if you started on desktop, you can scan the QR code to complete this on mobile)
   
   
4. If you're working for a registered company but not a director, you'll need to invite a director to complete the ID verification
   1. Hit the "edit" button against the director
      
      
      
      
   2. Add their email address and press save
   3. Hit "Send verification request"
      
      
      
      
   4. Hit "Continue" if all details are correct
      
      
      
      
5. Your director will receive and email with a link to complete ID verification, they just need to follow the on screen steps
